Renovation In Progress!

We’re excited to share that our hospital renovation is officially underway! This project is designed to enhance your experience and allow us to better serve you and your pets for years to come.

Once completed, our improvements will include:

• Additional exam rooms

• Expanded parking

• Increased kennel space

These updates will help improve patient comfort, increase efficiency, and allow our team to continue delivering high level.

We anticipate construction will be completed by the end of summer and will continue to share updates on social media and via email as progress continues.

What to Expect During Construction

While construction is in progress, you may notice some additional noise within the building. At this time, there is no impact to the parking lot, entrances, waiting areas, or exam rooms, and appointments will continue as scheduled.

If your pet is fearful or sensitive to noise, we’re happy to help make their visit as stress-free as possible. When you arrive, simply call us at (210) 653-9314, and our team can check you in by phone. You’re welcome to wait comfortably in your vehicle, and we’ll notify you as soon as your exam room is ready.

Returning Clients: If you feel your pet may benefit from medication to help reduce stress related to construction noise, please contact our team well in advance of your appointment. This allows time for you to pick up the medication and give it as directed prior to your visit for the best effect.
